Changing language in Windows 8 is simple and easy. Very than older Windows versions, you don�t have to purchase any special version to be able to switch language. But why a program should only installed with a single language? You tell me? No reasons at all. Many speak more than 1 language. While many web page have a simple switch to change from 1 display to and other. Some web site has over 20 languages including specific web site for mobile in different languages. Ke$ha web site have 22 different regional settings. Wikipedia have like� you tell me! Microsoft finally introduces a new reason why people should upgrade from any older editions for any Windows 8 editions. No one really cares if you are using a pad, desktop, laptop, a telephone, a car, home alarm system, a projector or a space craft a long there is some place you might need to read your emails.
Imagine all the wasted time on older versions. You have to buy the right Windows version (Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate, Server�) and for most of the time, you install the English version even if you prefer another language for silly reason such as: English version might be more stable, most people on the internet speak English�.

Ok. Now's your time to show you to install and switch language in less than 5 steps.
From the desktop classic:
Go to the bottom corner right next to the clock
Click on Language preferences to bring the language window
Now that the Language window is open, try to find and click on the Add a language button.
After you choose the language you want to add, click on add on the button of your screen.
Your new language is half way installed. You need to download the language package to be able to use it immediately. Click on the options from the new languages. In this case, we choose Japanese.
If the language pack is available, you could click on Download and install language pack. If the language is not available, well you might have to wait for the next upcoming Windows 8 language package update.
Let Windows 8 proceed with the download.
When the install is completed, you are ready to use the new language almost immediately.
If you need to switch and activate any other language, you need to get back to the same language windows. You need to click on Make this the primary language.
Very important to know, you must log off and login in. You don�t need to restart your computer.
From the new Windows 8 Start desktop:
Try to put your cursor on the top right to bring the search button. Pull the Start menu and select settings. Type in the search textbox language. Finally click on the language button.
Once you click on the language button, you should have the same stuff presented ealier.
